This last weekend April Lippold and her lovely daughters were taking a walk down Fish On Lane and were kind enough to stop and chat! April introduced her family and pooch, and of course, I was unable to write down all their names. Regardless, the Lippold family has purchased the Tillander property and has begun the move-in process! They are from Oregon and are in the plumbing business. They have introduced themselves to the Vice President and his lovely wife, Joyce. If you see them out and about on a stroll, please say hello and introduce yourselves.
Obviously, this means that we say goodbye to our dear neighbors and Ex-Vice President Bert and Karyn Tillander. They will be missed within the community and I am sure we all wish them well in future endeavors. Bert and Karen contributed to our community in subtle and considerate ways.
We have received information that Sybil and Bill Thurston are considering selling their property. We reached out to ask if this was true, however, no response was provided at the time of this post being written. Bill has served the community for far too many years in various capacities, his contributions will be remembered for years to come. Sybil has always been a lovely hostess and has offered a lovely and energetic smile and a kind word. It will be sad if we have to miss her smile and warmth.
Michael and Annie Messmore have decided to begin the process of creating a new home for themselves on their adjoining parcels. The land clearing process shall begin shortly and the building will commence when permits and such have been completed! Yay for a new home, hope to see a nice family with many children to fill the residence that they choose to leave behind.
Finally, as fall rolls around, remember to clean your chimneys and winterize your structures. If you would like to view the list of community resources, feel free to visit this link. Always remember that Michael Hansen is a great community resource and does a great job!
