Please provide me with listed financials:
1) Bank Statements (Summarizing all transactions from July 1, 2022 to current.
2) Financial Statement (Assets and liabilities from July 1, 2022 to current.
I’m not requesting information prior to July 1st , 2022 and it is my understanding the information is readily available from the bank.
If emailing the information is not an option I’m willing to meet with you for the information I have requested
As every member of the community has an interest in this, we are providing the information for all members to access. As the current CWLOA board has been unable to obtain the documents from the previous board, and have been forced to spend community resources on the retention of an attorney to collect these records, it is currently not possible to identify the liabilities as requested.
