Good morning, After reviewing the meeting minutes as well watching the meeting video I have two requests: 1) I am requesting Financial statements detailing all financial accounts regarding our communities financial status, Ie: Bank records, invoices & receipts (Dates July 2023 > Current April 2023) 2) Regarding the gate repair, please provide the 3 quotes received as well, as I understood Martin there would be changes made as to how we would access the new gate. The gate replacement status is that the parts are in and the project will require one full day to complete. This should be scheduled in the upcoming week, and please take the time to complete the form so that we may get the gate programmed properly!
