How large does a hole in the road have to be to attract attention by the road committee? When it swallows your yellow VW will you notice it? A couple of sacks of mix should fix the hole. I know Marty and the rest of the officers hate to get their hands dirty, but the rest of us are tired of needing our cars alignment needing fixed. Get off of your computer and do the work. I am getting tired of communicating with a web site controlled by Marty and used against those of us you do not agree with. (example, the BS you wrote about Steve in one of your tirades) It appears you think of yourself as God of the association. You tried to keep a secret that Lyle was around when infact he had enough of your BS and left. Your forgery of his signature on the minutes you published puts you in an interesting position I hope you can defend. |

Bill has requested an update on the road condition. His concern is related to the pothole located at the gate, which has been filled several times with gravel in the cold weather. The situation is indeed a problem, and due to the impending gate system update, the pothole has been temporarily filled with the anticipation that if a new safe loop is installed in the ground, it may intersect with he pothole. Once the gate has been completely updated/repaired, the pothole and any other surface disruptions will be repaired at that time.
The gate should be scheduled for repair this upcoming week as the parts and pieces are now in stock. We will let the community know when the repairs are scheduled.
