A message just came in from Bill Thurston stating that his information was not programmed into the gate controller. His message reads as follows.:
None of my information is programed into the new gate controller. My four number gate code I set up is not in the controller. My name is not in the controller either. I have no way of entering except to use my remote control or the generic code #74XX. Please correct this situation and let me know when it is fixed. Thanks Bill Thurston |
Everyone who provided information has programmed into the gate controller. This is a new gate controller, and the interface is a little bit different. If you would like to check to see if your information has been programmed in, all you have to do is go to the gate controller and hit the A or Z button and scroll until you find your name. At that point, you simply push the call button and check to see if it rings to your home or desired phone.
This can go to a cell phone or landline. If you selected your own specific, four digit code, all you have to do is hit pound (#) and then enter your four digit code. It is no different than the generic code that has been programmed in. If after verifying that your information is not there or you have forgotten what you specified for your personal code, and that you physically tried your four digit code, and it does not work, feel free to reach out, and we can look into it. All four digit codes that were entered have been tested.
