Two items of business from the meeting need to be documented. Loretta O’Neil was apparently interested in running for secretary and Sue Smith felt she had been purposefully excluded. The board was not aware of her interest as the information was never received by the board for consideration. Please consider her skills and qualifications for the position as a write in candidate on your ballots.
A question was asked about communication and collection of funds related tot he gate project. Please see a copy of the message sent to Ron Travers on 3-30-2023. No response was received, it was followed up by several voice mail messages left at his work phone as well. We can always open this line of conversation moving forward with the exterior group, however, here is the proof desired that we did indeed try to start that conversation:
