On July 11, 2023 a paper notice was posted at the mailbox stating that a group of residents is exercising their right under section 3 of the bylaws to call a special meeting. Apparently a meeting agenda will be mailed out to each resident shortly. Please be aware of this meeting and on the look out for additional information related to the agenda.
There is a way to handle issues within the architecture of the CWLOA board. People whose choose not to ask the board to consider an issue and handle it thru the normal process are not wanting to solve a problem.
More vandalism has occurred within the confines of our neighborhood. If you see a message at the mail boxes, please leave it in place for others to read.
