Article IV – Meetings
Section 3
Special meetings of the Corporation may be called by the President, a majority of the Board of Directors, or by the owners having twenty five percent (25%) of the votes in the Corporation.
A Special Meeting is being called by the President of the CWLOA. This Special Meeting on August 5, 2023, is to be held at 114 Fish On Lane, at 10:30 a.m. An agenda is being sent to you separately and we will be voting on agenda items only. Discussion will be limited. Reminder: The sole purpose of this Special Meeting is to vote on the items listed on the agenda. Any disruptive person(s) will be required to leave the meeting.
