Present: President Marty, Treasurer Sherry, Secretary Lenora.

- Marty started by talking about the ballots and Lenora brought up the issue about not counting the 5 ballots.
- Marty explains why the board determined Steve Guinn was not eligible to count the ballots.
- Sherry brought up her opinion of regarding Gladys counting ballots
- Sherry brought up at the annual meeting that they should have voted,
- Marty showed Lenora and Sherry how to navigate the cascade woodlands website
- Discussion about landownership, taxes and having companies within the association.
- Discussion about Lindon Greene’s eligibility to run for Vice President.
- Marty talked to Sherry about treasury duties, bills that are on autopay, and recent deposits
- Marty said he called the bank that morning to talk to them about the Cascade woodlands account.
- Marty told Sherry needed Tax status.
- Marty, Sherry and Lenora discussed annual dues.
- Treasury duties with Sherry…Budget, Secretary of State and annual report before July 22
- Marty discusses receipts and online banking with Sherry.
- Gate code was discussed.
